Lauren Stephenson abstract Lauren Stephenson currently holds the position of Center Coordinator, Dubai Campus, Center for Professional Development of UAE Educators in the College of Education at Zayed University. She has EFL teaching, teacher education and educational management experience in the UAE, Turkey and Australia. Her research interests include individual & organizational learning, educational leadership, syllabus and curriculum design; learning and assessment; learning communities and communities of practice. She has conducted educational leadership and teacher development seminars and workshops on a wide variety of topics in various countries. She holds a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics (TESOL) and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Sydney in Australia.
