Linda New Levine
Biodata

Linda New Levine is an ESL/EFL consultant for school districts in the United States, professional organizations and departments of education in Asia and the Middle East. Linda received her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics and her Masters in TESOL from New York University. Her BA in English is from Seton Hill University. Linda taught ESL K-12 in the public schools of New York State and EFL in the Philippines. As a teacher educator, Linda taught ESL/EFL methodology at Teacher's College, Columbia University and has trained teachers in the Philippines, the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Egypt, and Spain. Linda has contributed to many publications including the Integrating ESL Standards into Classroom Practice series from TESOL. She is currently working on the TESOL series For All Our Students: Collaborative Partnerships Among ESL and Classroom Teachers and co-authoring Teaching Learners of English in Mainstream Classrooms with Mary Lou McCloskey. Her experience as a classroom teacher of over 30 years permeates all of her current language teaching and learning concerns.
