Please take a moment to read this guide to the procedures for taking or renewing a membership to TESOL Arabia and for registering for
the 2006 Conference before printing the registration form below. Also take note of the payment procedures in order to ensure your registration is processed successfully.

| General Membership Information |

Membership to TESOL Arabia is payable according to your professional status, simply tick the relevant box on the registration
form (primary school, secondary school, university etc). Please note that those employed at post-secondary level or the private
equivalent or those outside the recognised primary or secondary system will be at the 175 Dhs rate.

| New Membership Information |

New memberships will run from the date the registration is received until the end of the preceding month of the following
year. For example, if you register on November 18th 2005, you membership will be valid until the end of October 2006. This gives
a basic initial membership period of between 11 and 12 months for new memberships. All subsequent renewed membership
periods will be for a full 12 months.

| Renewal Membership |

Those renewing their memberships will have them renewed for a full 12 months. For example, your membership expires in
November 2005; your new membership will run until November 2006. Please note that memberships having expired more
than four months prior to the date of renewal will be treated as new members.

Conference Registration

You can attend the conference as a member or non-member. To attend as a member, your membership must be valid up
to and including March 2006.
- For your conference registration to be processed, the completed form must be sent to IBC and be accompanied by payment
or proof of payment (please use the link below to see notes on methods of payment).
- Deadlines will be strictly adhered to. The fee payable is the fee which will be applicable on the date your form and
payment is RECEIVED by IBC. Please ensure therefore that your registration and payment is sent well before deadlines. If
you are registering close to a deadline, we recommend payment by credit card as your form can be faxed or direct deposit
as the deposit slip which you need to send to us will show the date of the deposit.
- Conference fees will be refundable subject to written notice no less than 2 weeks before the event (14th March) and will
be subject to a 100 UAE Dhs fee. Refunds will be processed and will be paid within two weeks following the close of the
Conference.
- Substitutions will not be accepted.
- No Conference registrations will be accepted after the 1st March 2006. All registrations after this date will be processed
on-site and will be payable in CASH (UAE Dhs) ONLY.
- On-site registration will be open from 8 AM on all three days of the conference, as well as from 2 PM to 6 PM on Tuesday, March 28th. On-site registration fees are 600 AED for TESOL Arabia members, and 765 AED for non-members. Payment must be in UAE Dirhams (AED) and in CASH ONLY.
To avoid having to queue on the day and perhaps missing sessions you want to attend, we would advise you pre-register for
the Conference.
