Payment Methods and Guidelines

The information on this page provides all necessary information to enable you to provide payment for your conference registration and/or membership fees. Please read this carefully before making payment and also ensure you have read and understood the notes relating to conference registration and membership on the adjacent page.
All payments must be made in UAE Dhs.

If you are making a direct deposit outside of the UAE, please note that you are required to pay an additional 75 AED to cover the additional bank charges incurred. Please check with your bank that the amount you are remitting will result in IBC receiving the appropriate fee.
CASH, CHEQUE or BANK DRAFT, CREDIT CARD and DIRECT DEPOSITS are accepted.

  • Cash should be paid in person at IBC Gulf Conferences of. ces and NOT be sent by post. For directions to our of. ce, please call +971 4 336 2976
  • Cheques and Bank Drafts should be drawn in favour of: IBC Gulf Conferences TESOL Arabia and be in UAE Dhs only.
  • Direct Deposits should be deposited in UAE Dhs only to: HSBC Bank Middle East Main Branch, PO Box 66, Dubai, UAE Acct No: 020 – 111878 – 200 Acct Name: IBC Gulf Conferences TESOL Arabia Swift Code: BBMEAEAD When doing a direct deposit, the original deposit slip (usually pink colour) MUST be sent to IBC along with your completed registration form. If you are depositing money with a foreign bank and in foreign currency, please note that you are subject to an additional 75 Dhs fee to cover any bank charges. Please also account for any exchange rate differences. IBC will only take into account the amount in UAE Dhs which is received into our bank account. This must be the same as the appropriate fee.
  • Credit card payment should be indicated using the registration brochure. Please fill in the relevant section and be sure to sign where indicated in order that your payment can be processed. Please make sure to provide your billing address. Please also be sure that you are not up to your limit or that your card has not expired as this will delay payment being processed.
  • The payment being made MUST be the fee which will be applicable at the time your registration is received by IBC. For example, a letter or cheque posted on 20th December will not reach IBC by the deadline of the 21st and therefore the registration will have to be processed at the higher rate. If you are registering close to a deadline, we recommend that you either: A) fax your form to us with credit card details in which case payment can be processed on the same day or B) make a direct deposit and then post the slip and form to us. This will be accepted as the deposit slip will show payment was made before the deadline.
