Applications for funding should only be made in the budget year in which the course of study will be completed. The budget year runs from 1st October to 30th September.

Please write a statement describing your service to TESOL Arabia. For any articles, reviews, reports etc that you have published and for any presentations, workshops etc given, please include titles, dates and names of publications or events. For TESOL Arabia offices held, please include dates. For other kinds of service, please provide comprehensive information. Your service to TESOL Arabia and how much you have given back to the organization is a major criterion for the awarding of funding.:

I understand that if I am awarded a grant, I must feed back to TESOL Arabia the knowledge gained from my course of study by either:

presenting a session at the annual conference or for one of the Chapter or SIG events,
submitting a report of at least 500 words to be published in the TESOL Arabia newsletter, Perspectives
completing another activity agreed with the PD Course Grant Committee.

Please note that if a grant is awarded, original receipts and/or pro forma invoices must be provided to TESOL Arabia together with proof of successful course completion.
